Primary Responsibilities

📍Lead and manage multiple software engineering teams, providing technical direction, mentorship, and career development opportunities 📍Drive hiring initiatives and organizational scaling efforts, including building and implementing recruitment strategies 📍Own the delivery of complex technical services and ensure successful project execution 📍Define and assign tasks, establish clear performance metrics, and provide regular constructive feedback 📍Create and maintain a collaborative, inclusive, and positive team culture across both local and remote teams 📍Contribute to product strategy and roadmap development through technical expertise and market understanding 📍Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align engineering efforts with business objectives 📍Ensure effective communication and collaboration between teams and departments

Required Qualifications

📍8+ years of software engineering experience, with 4+ years in engineering leadership roles 📍Proven track record of successfully scaling engineering organizations and teams 📍Experience leading both on-site and remote engineering teams 📍Strong technical background with deep understanding of software engineering principles and best practices 📍Demonstrated success in shipping complex services and technical products 📍Excellence in people management, including performance evaluation and professional development 📍Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence across all levels of the organization 📍Experience in technical roadmap development and strategic planning 📍Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
