Skills you should HODL

📍Experience as a backend developer and leading teams of 7+ engineers writing code exclusively in Rust 📍Proficiency in Rust 📍Leans heavy into process, optimization and always has security at the forefront of decision making 📍Strong proficiency with basic cryptographic concepts 📍Familiarity with modern build pipelines and tooling 📍Deep knowledge of software development and delivery best practices; you can identify bottlenecks and/or obstacles holding back your team and find ways to help them move faster 📍Experience driving solutions to key business problems, especially navigating and resolving ambiguity
