Job Summary
What an Employee Relations Analyst does at Visa:
📍Conduct comprehensive workplace investigations: Demonstrate effective probing and investigatory skills in complex situations, synthesize data, identify root causes, and recommend actionable resolutions. 📍Case management expertise: Manage employee relations issues from initial intake to resolution, providing expert consultation, guidance, and coaching to senior leaders, managers, and People Business Partners. 📍Performance management support: Assist in drafting performance improvement plans, written warnings, and facilitate communications to drive effective outcomes. 📍Data tracking and trend analysis: Track and analyze employee relations data to proactively create a positive organizational culture and enhance manager capabilities. 📍Policy interpretation and guidance: Provide clear interpretation of HR policies, practices, and procedures to employees and managers, ensuring compliance and consistency.
Qualifications
📍Extensive experience in Employee Relations, spanning over 5 years. 📍Deep knowledge of HR policies and procedures, ensuring their consistent application to build trust within the workforce. 📍Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for effective collaboration and resolution of issues. 📍Ability to adapt and adjust communication and work styles to engage with diverse stakeholders. 📍Confident in influencing and standing ground while upholding Visa Leadership principles.
