Job Summary
What an Employee Relations Analyst does at Visa:
đź“ŤConduct comprehensive workplace investigations: Demonstrate effective probing and investigatory skills in complex situations, synthesize data, identify root causes, and recommend actionable resolutions. đź“ŤCase management expertise: Manage employee relations issues from initial intake to resolution, providing expert consultation, guidance, and coaching to senior leaders, managers, and People Business Partners. đź“ŤPerformance management support: Assist in drafting performance improvement plans, written warnings, and facilitate communications to drive effective outcomes. đź“ŤData tracking and trend analysis: Track and analyze employee relations data to proactively create a positive organizational culture and enhance manager capabilities. đź“ŤPolicy interpretation and guidance: Provide clear interpretation of HR policies, practices, and procedures to employees and managers, ensuring compliance and consistency.
Qualifications
đź“ŤExtensive experience in Employee Relations, spanning over 5 years. đź“ŤDeep knowledge of HR policies and procedures, ensuring their consistent application to build trust within the workforce. đź“ŤExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for effective collaboration and resolution of issues. đź“ŤAbility to adapt and adjust communication and work styles to engage with diverse stakeholders. đź“ŤConfident in influencing and standing ground while upholding Visa Leadership principles.
