Key Responsibilities

📍Developer Acquisition & Engagement 📍Source and support high-quality builders applying for funding across our ecosystems 📍Own top-of-funnel engagement tactics (events, AMAs, referrals, university outreach, Twitter Spaces) 📍Collaborate with Marketing to showcase ecosystem opportunities through demos, live builds, and educational content 📍Help convert promising applicants by guiding them through the application and review process

Qualifications & Experience

📍3–5+ years in Developer Relations, Ecosystem Growth, or GTM roles in Web3 or early-stage tech 📍Deep familiarity with crypto builders, funding programs, and protocol ecosystems 📍Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and coordinate between internal teams 📍Strong communication and relationship-building skills; experience working directly with developers 📍Experience running events, engaging communities, or guiding projects through grant funnels 📍Startup mentality: hungry, adaptable, and willing to wear multiple hats in a fast-moving environment
