Job Summary

Responsibilities:

šŸ“Operate cameras to capture high-quality footage for an in-house documentary or reality show series. šŸ“Manage the organization and unloading of footage, ensuring files are labelled and stored appropriately for easy access. šŸ“Collaborate with the production team to develop the overarching story arc for the series, as well as individual episode narratives. šŸ“Edit video footage to create engaging and cohesive episodes, maintaining consistency with established style and tone. šŸ“Implement feedback from stakeholders to make necessary revisions and improvements to episode edits. šŸ“Work closely with the team to meet tight deadlines and deliver episodes on schedule. šŸ“Continuously strive for excellence in storytelling, visual quality, and overall production value.

Requirements

šŸ“2-4 years of experience in videography, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in storytelling and post-production editing. šŸ“Experience working on documentary or reality show projects preferred. šŸ“Proficiency with camera operation and technical aspects of video production. Blackmagic / Sony. šŸ“Advanced skills in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or similar. šŸ“Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when managing large amounts of footage. šŸ“Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently when necessary. šŸ“Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively convey ideas and concepts through video. šŸ“Experience creating episodic content with consistent style and tone across episodes. šŸ“Knowledge of colour grading and audio mixing techniques to enhance the final product. šŸ“A passion for storytelling and a creative approach to problem-solving.
