Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Card Disputes Ops: 📍Continuously review and analyze dispute claims submitted by cardholders 📍Gather and evaluate evidence to support or refute dispute claims. 📍Communicate with cardholders to obtain additional information or clarification. 📍Collaborate with partner to resolve disputes within SLA 📍Document all actions taken and maintain accurate records of dispute cases. 📍Ensure disputes are resolved within regulatory timeframes. 📍Identify and report potential fraud or suspicious activity. 📍Documentation of SOPs and processes 📍Compliance Ops: 📍Monitoring Merchant’s activity and escalating abnormal patterns 📍Gathering and analyzing data related to the Compliance standard of the Products 📍Drafting internal reports about suspicious activity 📍Assist in general with initiatives that aim to enhance the Compliance standard of Pay/Card
Requirements:
📍1-4 years of working experience 📍Relevant experience within the Card/Payment domain 📍Interests in the crypto industry
