Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šCard Disputes Ops: šContinuously review and analyze dispute claims submitted by cardholders šGather and evaluate evidence to support or refute dispute claims. šCommunicate with cardholders to obtain additional information or clarification. šCollaborate with partner to resolve disputes within SLA šDocument all actions taken and maintain accurate records of dispute cases. šEnsure disputes are resolved within regulatory timeframes. šIdentify and report potential fraud or suspicious activity. šDocumentation of SOPs and processes šCompliance Ops: šMonitoring Merchantās activity and escalating abnormal patterns šGathering and analyzing data related to the Compliance standard of the Products šDrafting internal reports about suspicious activity šAssist in general with initiatives that aim to enhance the Compliance standard of Pay/Card
Requirements:
š1-4 years of working experience šRelevant experience within the Card/Payment domain šInterests in the crypto industry
