What you'll do:

📍Provide strategic leadership for the Trading Operations department, setting measurable performance goals while promoting a culture of ownership and growth. 📍Drive the optimization of trading processes for efficiency, scalability, and risk management. 📍Oversee trade execution, settlement, clearing, and reconciliation, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards. 📍Work with senior management and cross-functional teams on new initiatives, communicating Trading Operations' needs. 📍Monitoring crypto markets and proactively adjusting operations to address impactful changes and unusual trading trends. 📍Develop and mentor a high-performing team, driving continuous improvement and contributing to business objectives.

Who you are:

📍You have extensive knowledge of financial markets, trading systems, and the trade lifecycle across asset classes, especially cryptocurrencies. 📍You bring 10+ years of trading operations experience, with at least 5 years in leadership. 📍Your strong analytical skills enable you to identify optimization opportunities, both quantitative and qualitative. 📍You take a structured approach to project coordination, detailing the team’s needs and capabilities to manage stakeholders’ expectations and delineate clear action plans, with goals, initiatives, and key results. 📍Your understanding of risk management allows you to mitigate operational and market risks, by being proactive rather than reactive to market changes. 📍As an effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills, you collaborate well with diverse teams and senior management. 📍Comfortable with technology and experienced in trading platforms, you thrive in fast-paced environments.
