We seek a highly motivated Senior Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and report to the VP of Growth. This role is critical to driving user and revenue growth, focusing on acquisition, retention, and effective channel management.
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šDevelop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, improve top-line productivity, and enhance customer acquisition and retention. šCollaborate cross-functionally with customer success teams to align strategies and improve customer acquisition, growth retention. šDeveloping and implementing scalable processes, tools, and systems to drive revenue, streamline operations, and improve efficiency. šAnalyzing performance data to identify metrics, trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. šProviding strategic insights and recommendations to executive leadership, based on data-driven analysis and architecture. šGathering and analyzing customer feedback, preferences and behaviors to refine revenue strategies. Identify expansion opportunities to increase customer lifetime value. šChampioning a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and diversity within the revenue operations team and across the organization. šDevelop and manage the departmentās budget and ensure effective resource allocation.
Qualifications:
šBachelorās degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. šMinimum of 10 years of experience in revenue generation and operations roles, with at least 3 years in revenue operations. šProven track record of driving revenue growth and operational excellence. šDeep understanding of sales and marketing processes, methodologies, and technologies, including all aspects of digital strategy and channels. šStrong background in technology, fintech and/or cryptocurrency industries, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and trends. šStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations. šExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. šProven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. šStrategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business outcomes. šThrives in a fast-paced, unstructured environment and is able to manage multiple priorities, simultaneously.
