šLead product counseling, litigation, employment, and other key functions šProvide nimble, practical advice to product, engineering, and operations teams shipping innovative new features, products, and programs šWork closely with product, comms, and marketing teams on external facing proactive and reactive communications šDevelop and ship reusable frameworks for complex issues without clear solutions šKeep abreast of quickly evolving legal and regulatory landscape to forecast and head off potential challenges
Desired Experience
š10+ years of legal experience, with meaningful product counseling, regulatory, and litigation experience šExtensive experience counseling non-lawyer clients in the crypto/blockchain industry or at a fast-paced consumer technology company šTrack record of collaborative partnership with lawyers and non-lawyers (whether up, below, or across) to solve problems and get things done šExpertise in blockchain, NFT, marketplace, or platform liability issues šJuris doctor from accredited law school šMember of a US state bar in good standing
