Job Summary

What your success will look like

📍Strategic Partner: A thought partner to the President of SMB business and senior leaders. Ability to see the big picture, analyze situations from multiple angles, and develop strategic plans or solutions that align with the Scorpion's objectives. 📍Operational Excellence: Lead the implementation of operational excellence by overseeing the continuous monitoring and optimization of weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across diverse operations and account management teams. Additionally, spearhead the strategic development and execution of quarterly and annual operational plans for multiple teams, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives. 📍Problem-solving and Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex issues, identify challenges, and propose innovative solutions to address them, contributing to the continuous improvement and success of our business. 📍Collaboration and Relationship Building: Foster collaborative relationships by actively partnering with Customer Success (CS) senior leaders in budgeting, forecasting, and effectively managing resources to align with and drive the achievement of business goals and objectives. 📍Adaptability and Flexibility: Ad-hoc operational improvement initiatives, aligned with Scorpion's strategic 2024 plan, to enhance organizational efficiency and contribute to goal attainment.

Who you are and what you bring

📍Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, and Operations Management; STEM degrees also welcome 📍2-4 years in management consulting (MBB), private equity, or tech strategy roles 📍Proven experience working with executives to deliver on key business objectives 📍Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to make strategic decisions 📍Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to drive cross functional change 📍Experience in local marketing, advertising, or vertical tech is an advantage 📍Technology & Tools: Expert in Excel & PowerBI (Tableau or other BI tools experience)
