Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

šŸ“Lead regional execution of CleanSpark’s corporate security strategy across Wyoming. šŸ“Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) that align with company strategy and mining operations. šŸ“Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments, driving continuous improvement. šŸ“Deploy and evaluate advanced security technologies, including CCTV, AI video analytics (Actuate AI), autonomous drone systems (Nightingale Security), and GSOC platforms. šŸ“Collaborate with IT, GSOC, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of security technologies. šŸ“Serve as primary liaison with vendors and external security partners (e.g., Walden, Envoy, Actuate AI, Nightingale Security, GSOC providers). šŸ“Oversee vendor performance, validate Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and conduct audits, incident reviews, and test scenarios. šŸ“Coordinate emergency responses with GSOC vendors for 24/7 remote monitoring and incident resolution.

Required Qualifications

šŸ“Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Emergency Management, or related field; or equivalent military leadership experience. šŸ“6+ years of progressive experience in physical security, risk management, or critical infrastructure protection. šŸ“3+ years of leadership experience managing multi-site or decentralized teams. šŸ“Demonstrated experience in incident response, threat mitigation, and emergency operations. šŸ“Working knowledge of modern security technologies (e.g., CCTV, access control, remote monitoring). šŸ“Ability to navigate large industrial sites and respond in person to time-sensitive events across outdoor environments. FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate required. šŸ“Valid U.S. driver’s license (driving is an essential function of the role). šŸ“Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check. šŸ“Strong leadership skills with proven ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
