Key Responsibilities:

📍Lead the development and execution of comprehensive security strategies for infrastructure or application security, ensuring alignment with industry best practices. 📍Collaborate with engineering and product teams to embed security best practices into the development lifecycle. Incident Management 📍Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and effective. 📍Manage and coordinate incident response activities, ensuring timely and effective handling of security incidents. 📍Work with the team on developing and implementing incident detection and response strategies. 📍Conduct regular training and drills for the incident response team and other relevant staff. 📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security practices into product development and operational processes. 📍Serve as a liaison to communicate emerging risk information to and from the business units. 📍Direct the evaluation, deployment, and management of security technologies and tools. 📍Will manage a small team of security engineers in this role 📍Foster a culture of continuous learning, improvement, and innovation within the Security team. 📍Stay current with emerging security threats, technologies, and trends, adjusting strategies accordingly.

##Qualifications: 📍Minimum of 10 years of experience in security, focusing on product or infrastructure security and incident management. 📍Strong knowledge of security architecture, detection, monitoring, and incident response. 📍Proven track record in leading security initiatives in the FinTech or related industries. 📍Familiarity with cloud security best practices and architectures. 📍Proficient in the latest cybersecurity technologies and tools. 📍Excellent leadership and communication skills. 📍Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable. 📍Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
