What You’ll Be Doing

📍Lead security strategy and execution across both infrastructure and protocol layers. 📍Drive secure implementation verification of cryptographic protocols, including hands-on review and testing. 📍Partner closely with engineering, DevOps, and protocol teams to improve security posture. 📍Conduct deep threat modeling, design reviews, and architecture assessments. 📍Build and manage a high-performing security team. 📍Oversee vulnerability management, detection, and incident response. 📍Set and maintain robust engineering and security processes. 📍Educate and mentor the broader team on secure development practices.

What We’re Looking For

📍A deep passion for advancing privacy, freedom, and security. 📍Strong fundamentals in infrastructure and protocol security. 📍Experience leading or managing technical security teams. 📍Proven ability to work across cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and cryptographic protocol layers. 📍Hands-on experience with threat modeling, penetration testing, intrusion detection, and forensics. 📍Familiarity with languages such as Rust, C++, or Golang - Rust is preferred, but not required. 📍Comfortable working in a fast-paced, open-source, decentralised tech environment. 📍Fluent written and spoken English.
