Job Summary
What you'll do:
đź“ŤSynthesize complex operational data into clear, concise, and actionable insights for exec-level reporting. đź“ŤAct as a central connector within the organization, responsible for defining clear, concise communication frameworks and ensuring alignment, transparency, and timely execution across all teams. đź“ŤLead high-impact special projects. đź“ŤCreate and implement strategies to ensure cross-functional operational excellence throughout the business. đź“ŤIdentify business inefficiencies by utilizing data and key performance indicators (KPIs). đź“ŤSystematically manage and optimize the allocation of engineering and development resources to product teams. đź“ŤPartner with product and engineering leads to conduct thorough product diligence, ensuring new initiatives are technically feasible and align with market needs, and internal resource allocations. đź“ŤWork closely with team leads to identify project bottlenecks, forecast resource needs, and implement practical solutions that streamline workflows and ensure high productivity.
What you'll need:
đź“Ť10+ years of progressive business operations or strategic planning experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. đź“ŤBachelors Degree required, plus for an MBA or Graduate degree. đź“ŤExperience working in the blockchain industry, with a deep understanding of its core principles, technologies, and challenges (e.g., scalability, security, decentralization). đź“ŤA strong background in engineering or product management, with demonstrated experience leading and coordinating cross-functional teams.
