Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šManage and oversee token market-making and exchange market-making operations, ensuring consistent performance and liquidity provisioning. šLead and mentor trading teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. šDefine team goals, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with company objectives. šDrive trading research initiatives to identify new opportunities and optimize existing strategies. šCollaborate with quantitative researchers and developers to enhance trading models and infrastructure. šOversee daily trading operations, including risk management and performance monitoring.
Qualifications:
šTotal of more than 5 years in quantitative trading with minimum of 2 years of trading experience in the cryptocurrency space. šProven track record of success in high-frequency and market-making environments. šDeep understanding of token market-making and exchange market-making business models. šDemonstrated experience managing trading teams, including performance management, mentoring, and resource allocation. šStrong decision-making skills under pressure. šAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
