Job Summary
WHAT YOU WILL DO
đź“ŤAs Director, 3D Spatial Environments, you will have wide-ranging encompassing visual and interactive elements along with engagement mechanics commonly found in AAA games and social media platforms. As a platform supporting user and partner generated content, the Director, 3D Spatial Environments will serve as the thought leader in best practices for content creation and evangelize these practices both internally and among the creator community.
Creative Leadership
📍Leading the conceptualization, design, and development of immersive 3D spatial environments, optimizing aesthetics and functionality to enhance user interaction and experience. Guiding the creation of procedurally generated environments, leveraging automation to enhance the scalability and diversity of 3D spatial designs. 📍Directing and enhancing creative design systems to align with the project’s vision and user expectations. 📍Leading multiple project priorities, maintaining focus on key project deliverables and timelines.WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED 📍With excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, you demonstrate a strong user-first attitude complemented by high emotional intelligence (EQ). You effectively utilize industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Confluence, and Jira to manage design workflows and team tasks. Your hands-on experience with 3D modeling tools, including Maya, 3D Max, and Blender, enhances your capability to lead technical projects. You can lead and inspire teams in high-pressure environments and are familiar with procedural generation and the Unity3D Game Engine, making you well-equipped to handle complex design challenges.
