Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šTake ownership of daily P&L, daily risk and month-end close process for the Digital Asset Trading Desk šEnsure the accuracy and integrity of revenue reporting, and provide detailed analyses and commentary to senior management šDevelop a deep understanding of the drivers of product profitability, and provide comprehensive analyses of the financial performance of the desk šManage the balance sheet with a focus on the Cost of Funding šCollaborate closely with the Digital Asset Traders, Digital Asset Operations Team, and Digital Asset Accounting Team to ensure reporting accuracy and alignment šLead the monthly ledger close process, including reconciliations, variance analysis, and detailed commentary šConduct monthly business review meetings with the trading desk to sign off on the P&L šProactively identify and address control-related issues, and oversee the associated remediation plans
Requirements:
š5+ years of experience in Product Control, Financial Control, Accounting, or a related role šProficient in managing the P&L and month-end close process šBachelorās degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field šStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a robust control focus šExcellent communication skills and ability to develop strong working relationships
