Job Summary
A Day in the Life:
📍Grow the Microsoft Professional Services business in Toronto and greater Toronto area 📍Work with the Toronto Client Services Managers and Practice Leads to grow the Long 📍View business with a goal towards becoming the dominant player in this region 📍Build strong field relationships, leveraging existing account and manufacturer relationships 📍Portray Long View corporate messaging while serving as a technology leadership point of contact 📍Create value-based outcomes based on current service catalogs 📍Develop service proposals and contracts 📍Provide technology leadership and support to the sales motion in multiple clients, with the goal of selling multiple managed service offerings into these accounts while becoming their trusted provider
What You Bring:
📍10 or more years of experience working as a subject matter expert in at least 2 technology areas (Microsoft, cloud, virtualization and security), one of which must be 📍Microsoft 365 📍Advanced level understanding of a wide range of technologies such as:
- Server
- Exchange
- Active Directory
- DNS/DHCP/LDAP
- ADFS
- Microsoft 365
- Azure
- Teams
- SharePoint
- System Center Suite
- Intune
- Hyper V
- VMware vSphere 📍Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 Ecosystem including Azure (IaaS, PaaS), Azure AD, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and Microsoft 365 service design and provisioning 📍Proven success in a technical pre-sales role with the capability to translate technical features into tangible business benefits 📍Ability to effectively communicate to different audiences including internal stakeholders and peers 📍Capability to facilitate impactful envisioning workshops and art-of-the-possible sessions 📍Business writing and presentation skills 📍Excitement about building your business 📍Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the greater Toronto area
