Key Responsibilities

📍Engage and build relationships with developers and influencers in the blockchain and Web3 communities 🤝. 📍Develop and execute strategies to educate and inspire developers about Neon EVM’s features and benefits 📚. 📍Produce and deliver compelling technical content, tutorials, webinars, and workshops to empower developers 🎥. 📍Act as a bridge between the developer community and our product team, providing feedback and insights to improve our platform 👥. 📍Participate in developer forums, social media, and events to advocate for Neon EVM and provide support 🌐. 📍Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all developer-focused initiatives 🖌️. 📍Monitor and report on the effectiveness of community engagement initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly ⚙️.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

📍Proven experience in a DevRel or similar role, ideally in the blockchain or Web3 domain 📁. 📍Strong technical background with a good understanding of blockchain technology and smart contract development 🧠. 📍Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a technical audience 🗣️. 📍Experience in creating technical content, such as tutorials, blog posts, or videos 🖥️. 📍Ability to work independently in a dynamic, remote environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously ⏰. 📍Passion for blockchain technology and a commitment to community building 🚀
