What You’ll Be Doing

📍Design Strategy: Create functional, innovative workplace designs aligned with company goals and employee needs. Contribute to design standards and playbooks. 📍Project Management: Own design-focused aspects of real estate projects, from programming to execution. Partner with architects, consultants, and contractors to deliver on time and within scope. 📍Collaboration: Work with Workplace Ops, IT, AV, Security, and vendors to ensure alignment and integration. Communicate regularly with stakeholders on progress, budgets, and key decisions. 📍Innovation: Identify and implement design solutions that balance aesthetics, functionality, and remote-first flexibility. Stay current on trends to improve workplace environments. 📍Process & Oversight: Refine project delivery processes, track milestones, and maintain accountability with vendors and consultants.

What We Look For in You

📍6+ years in workplace design, architecture, or related fields, with experience in real estate or facilities projects. 📍Proven ability to deliver innovative and functional designs, balancing employee experience with operational goals. 📍Strong project management skills, including vendor and stakeholder coordination. 📍Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams. 📍Adaptability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
