Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šTrade and manage positions across various crypto spot and derivatives markets, working closely with portfolio managers and risk managers to determine best execution and position management šCoordinate closely with the global trading teams to maintain seamless 24/7 market coverage šProvide research, analysis, and trade ideas on various crypto, crypto-linked equities, and macro catalysts that may drive various firm positions šEnsure accurate trade capture and quality data flow in our risk systems šExecute and maintain up-to-date position reconciliation with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness šCompile and analyze metrics for trading šWork cross functionally with accounting and operations teams to ensure record accuracy and investigate discrepancies in a timely manner
Qualifications:
šBachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (STEM) š1 - 3 years of experience in options/derivatives trading experience at a bank, proprietary trading firm, or market-making firm. Crypto experience is a plus šBasic understanding of options theory and greek risks šCoding skills (Python, SQL) are desirable but not mandatory šPassionate about trading, macroeconomic markets, and interest in crypto šPersonal experience using various blockchain protocols and understanding of crypto liquidity conditions šExcellent written and verbal communication skills
