Job Summary
What You’ll Be Doing
📍Drive adoption and growth across options products while delivering measurable impact on platform volume, open interest, and trading economics. 📍Design institutional-grade trading infrastructure that optimizes execution speed, capital efficiency, and order matching logic to compete with tier-1 tradfi exchanges. 📍Build sophisticated risk controls that protect platform stability and customer assets while maintaining trader-friendly conditions—balancing prudent governance with competitive advantage. 📍Own the full product lifecycle, from market analysis and requirements definition through launch, analytics, and iteration based on trader feedback and market conditions. 📍Lead cross-functional alignment across spot, perpetual, and structured products teams to execute on OKX’s wider trading platform strategy.
What We Look For In You
📍Possess a strong interest in Crypto and Options Trading. 📍At least 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in options trading. 📍Bachelor's degree in business/finance/computer science is preferred. 📍Possess solid product development design and project management skills. 📍You have great logical thinking and communication skills. 📍You are proactive, enthusiastic, passionate, empathetic to users' feedback and work well in a team setting. 📍Ability to drive and lead projects independently.
