Key Responsibilities

📍Team Leadership & Supervision: 📍Lead and manage the entire site deployment process, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. 📍Oversee on-site technicians and contracted labor, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to specification. 📍Coach team members and provide feedback to help meet or exceed deployment goals. 📍Ensure all team members are well-trained and equipped with the resources they need for successful deployment.

Experience:

📍3+ years of experience in a deployment or field operations role, ideally within the Bitcoin Mining or related industry. 📍Proven ability to manage large-scale deployment projects in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. 📍Hands-on experience with hardware and software deployment, troubleshooting, and related processes.
