Job Summary
The Role
šClient Relationship Management: šServe as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, owning the client relationship and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. šBuild strong relationships with senior stakeholders and C-suite executives to align project deliverables with business objectives. šAct as the client's trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth and innovation. šProject Management: šOversee end-to-end project delivery for Shopify-based eCommerce platforms, including migrations and custom implementations. šCreate and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and milestones. šEnsure project objectives align with client business drivers and are delivered on time and within budget. šMonitor and manage dependencies, risks, and issues, providing regular updates to stakeholders. šProduct Ownership: šDefine and prioritize product roadmaps, requirements, and user stories in collaboration with clients and internal teams. šWork closely with developers, designers, and QA engineers to ensure the successful implementation of features and functionalities. šTriage and manage defects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and securing QA sign-off. šCollaboration and Governance: šFacilitate communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, and clients. šProvide regular governance updates, including status reports, budget tracking, and resource utilization. šSupervise third-party solutions to ensure successful integration and alignment with project goals.
Requirements:
šProfessional Experience: šProven experience as a Delivery Manager, Product Owner, Digital Project Manager, or similar role, with a focus on eCommerce and retail. šExtensive knowledge of Shopify Plus and its ecosystem, including platform migrations, custom development, and integrations. šExperience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and complex project portfolios. šClient Engagement Skills: šDemonstrated ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and C-suite executives. šExceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
