Job Summary
RESPONSABILITIES
📍Build & maintain on-chain monitoring systems: 📍Own the full technical risk-management lifecycle of the positions: detection → alerting → interpretation → response 📍 configure, and maintain Hypernative, Blockaid, Forta and other monitoring frameworks 📍Write custom risk detectors and responses for: exploit patterns, abnormal contract behaviors, oracle manipulation, pool imbalances, liquidity shifts, and others 📍Build automated alerts for collateral risk, protocol outages, governance activity, upgrades, and yield deviations 📍Develop scripts to continuously track position health (LTV, borrow limits, concentration checks) 📍Establish real-time monitoring pipelines that feed directly into PM decision-making
REQUIREMENTS
đź“Ť4-5+ years in DeFi security, protocol analysis, or smart-contract auditing. đź“ŤStrong ability to read Solidity (Rust is a plus). đź“ŤUnderstanding of key exploit patterns: oracle manipulation, MEV/sandwich attacks, liquidity issues, governance/upgrade risks. đź“ŤExperience working with audits, threat models, and protocol codebases. đź“ŤHands-on experience writing monitoring scripts (Python or TypeScript). đź“ŤFamiliarity with RPC/multicall, event logs, subgraphs, and protocol APIs. đź“ŤExperience building or maintaining risk monitors, bots, dashboards, or other on-chain tools.
