We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our computer vision and data science group as a Data scientist to support the computer vision team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of tasks related to analyzing product and model performance, dataset curation and cleaning, model governance and bias analysis, and product BI and metrics.

What You'll Be Doing:

Run analysis on product performance using Python, SQL:

Analyze large data sets using Python, SQL and other data science tools to identify trends, patterns and insights related to product performance. Design and implement automated data processing pipelines to streamline data analysis and reporting. Work with cross-functional teams to develop actionable insights that drive business decisions.

Interact with clients and external personnel:

Collaborate with clients and external stakeholders to identify business requirements, understand their needs and provide support as needed. Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and external personnel to ensure customer satisfaction.

Work on dataset curation and dataset cleaning for computer vision training:

Clean, preprocess, and curate large-scale datasets for computer vision training. Identify and address issues with the dataset, such as missing or erroneous data, class imbalance, and bias. Develop and implement strategies to improve dataset quality and diversity.

Work on product BI and metrics:

Develop and implement dashboards and other data visualization tools to provide insights into product performance and user behavior. Identify key performance indicators and develop metrics to track and measure product success. Analyze product usage and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Work on model governance and bias/disparate analysis of different machine learning models:

Develop and implement policies and procedures for model governance and bias/disparate analysis. Identify and address bias and disparate impact in machine learning models. Develop and implement strategies to improve model fairness and accuracy.

What You’ll Bring:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Strong programming skills in Python and SQL Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.. Up to 2 years’ experience working with large-scale datasets and data processing pipelines. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with computer vision, machine learning models, deep learning frameworks and libraries is a plus

Salary Disclosure:

Base Salary range: $95,000 - $115,000

This represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on factors including geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other job related factors. Socure's compensation and rewards package for full time roles includes a market competitive salary, equity, comprehensive benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans or an annual discretionary performance bonus. This position is eligible for a generous sales incentive bonus.
