Job Summary
What you will do
šProvide expertise on all healthcare data types: medical claims transactions (e.g. 837 and 835), pharmacy claims (NCPDP D.0), EMR/EHR, lab transactions, and other emerging data assets šEnsure high-quality design of dimensional models and data mapping šSharing data content and industry knowledge to mentor team members šProvide strategic guidance with respect to MDM best practices šData profiling and integration šExplore, profile, and validate incoming healthcare data extensively, using SQL šMap de-identified healthcare data to proprietary data structures šCollaborate on the development of QA test plans for incoming data and data in our warehouse šPerform troubleshooting on all ETL processes and resolve issues effectively šExpand and reinforce company standards in terms of nomenclature, storage, design and deployment šProvide support to all data warehouse initiatives

šAbility to write advanced SQL to standardize and enhance data assets šSubject matter expert for medical claims, pharmacy data, and lab data šAbility to master healthcare IT standards and healthcare data šProactive and take the initiative to implement improvements šData driven, testing and measuring when required
