You Have:

📍Proven Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading and scaling data engineering teams, ideally in a high-growth environment. 📍Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of data engineering principles, and best practices for data governance. Experience building scalable data pipelines (Airflow or similar orchestration frameworks). 📍Proficiency in SQL and relational databases. Familiarity with data warehouse solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) and data streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka, Kinesis, Spark). Knowledge of containerization (e.g., Docker) and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) 📍Roblox Alignment: Strong alignment with Roblox's leadership principles, including a focus on respect, safety, creativity, and community. 📍Excellent Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with team members, stakeholders, and leaders across the organization. 📍Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to break down complex challenges and develop creative solutions. 📍Passion for Roblox: A genuine excitement for our platform and the possibilities of the metaverse.
