Job Summary

Responsibilities:

šŸ“Data Architecture & Design: Design comprehensive data architectures, models, and schemas that ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability. šŸ“Data Pipeline Development: Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for real-time and batch processing across systems. šŸ“Data Warehouse Management: Design and optimize data warehouses and lakes for efficient storage and retrieval. šŸ“Data Governance & Security: Establish governance frameworks, quality standards, access controls, and compliance (GDPR, CCPA, etc.). šŸ“Analytics & BI Support: Enable analytics capabilities and data-driven insights for product, operations, and marketing teams, specifically around AIR Kit adoption and the Global Rewards Program. Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and help formulate the right data questions. Build AI-powered data platforms that allow users to query data through natural language prompts. šŸ“On-Chain Data Management: Design systems for indexing, querying, and analyzing blockchain data, specifically for the Moca Chain. Build pipelines that extract on-chain events, AIR Credentials, transactions, and smart contract state into queryable formats. šŸ“Integration & API Design: Design data APIs and integration patterns for seamless data exchange with partners and internal systems.

Requirements:

šŸ“Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field šŸ“Strong SQL, database design (PostgreSQL, MySQL), and data warehousing experience (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) šŸ“Proficiency in data pipeline tools (Airflow, dbt, Spark), data modeling (dimensional modeling, normalization), and real-time streaming architectures šŸ“Python or similar for data processing and automation; cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP, Azure) šŸ“Understanding of data security, privacy, and compliance Blockchain data indexing and web3 analytics with knowledge of Moca Chain, AIR Kit SDK, and AIR Credentials data structures, events, smart contract interactions, EVM-compatible chains, and node APIs (RPC, WebSocket).
