📍 Responsible for product planning and capability building in the trading platform data and strategic direction, and responsible for product reputation, customer conversion, and user stickiness. 📍In-depth understanding of the platform derivatives trading business scenarios, participating in the planning and implementation of corresponding product capacity building, responsible for the application of user-end transaction data and formulation of strategies, research and analysis of the value of data and market signals to derivatives user transactions, and enrich and improve data , indicators, strategies, etc. and productize them. 📍Fully understand the growth challenges of the current derivatives trading business, and continue to explore in product function design, customer introduction, growth, retention, activation and other directions. 📍Data-driven, complete the end-to-end design of the entire chain of user participation and growth in collaboration with operational students, improve product customer acquisition efficiency from a business perspective, reduce new and activation costs, and review products and activity effects. 📍 Self-driven problem discovery, problem solving, follow-up design, development, testing, launch, data review and daily data monitoring, etc., directly responsible for product and project results.

Job requirements

📍 Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of experience in Internet strategy, data strategy, and product growth; 📍 Smart and eager to learn, candidates who understand basic financial and derivatives trading characteristics are preferred; 📍Has keen insight into data, can enhance transaction user experience, tap business growth points, and formulate and implement product strategies based on data analysis and the characteristics of scenarios; 📍Have strong communication skills, cross-team collaboration, project management and promotion skills, can better abstract business product requirements, and pay attention to implementation details; 📍 Good communication and writing skills in both Chinese and English are preferred.
