Job Summary

You will:

šŸ“Build a deep understanding of money movement at Cash App, enabling you to surface meaningful insights, inconsistencies, and opportunities to key stakeholders šŸ“Partner with Technical Product Managers to understand the impact of new and evolving products on financial reporting data šŸ“Lead investigations into data discrepancies and issues to ensure šŸ“Support our Accounting stakeholders with financial reporting and audit requirements

Qualifications

šŸ“We value Data Analysts who: šŸ“Have 6+ years experience solving complex data problems šŸ“Are highly skilled at writing SQL to query relational databases, and developing ETL pipelines šŸ“Are able to prioritize and deliver work independently šŸ“Familiarity with accounting concepts or experience working in reconciliation is a plus šŸ“Are able to communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable manner to both technical and non-technical audiences šŸ“Have a demonstrated track record of identifying, scoping and leading complex data projects with cross-functional partners and high business impact šŸ“Focus on defining and delivering incremental milestones to fail fast and iterate quickly šŸ“Are comfortable operating in roles which include reactive work
