Job Summary
What you will do
📍Communicate with clients via email (Zoho Desk) about payments, invoices, refunds, and general support. 📍Analyze blockchain transactions using explorers (Etherscan, Blockchair, Solscan, etc.). 📍Investigate wrong-network payments, over/underpayments, payout questions, refunds, and edge cases. 📍Test merchant integrations and verify issues. 📍Work closely with the engineering team to report bugs, reproduce issues, and validate fixes. 📍Maintain records, follow internal procedures, and follow SLA expectations. 📍Continuously learn about blockchains, networks, stablecoins, fees, and integrations.
What you should bring
📍Strong written English (most communication is in English). 📍Technical curiosity — you want to understand how blockchain payments work. 📍Logical thinking and problem-solving skills. 📍Professional, concise, and friendly communication style. 📍Responsibility and independence — we cannot micromanage. 📍Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
