Job Summary

Responsibilities

📍Guide new customers through the onboarding process 📍Conduct training sessions and educate customers on services and best practices 📍Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries ensuring timely and effective resolution 📍Understand customers’ business goals and provide strategic technical guidance 📍Work closely with Engineering team on learning new services

Requirements

📍​​3+ years of proven experience in customer success or a related role 📍Deep understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi and the cryptocurrency ecosystem 📍Exceptional communication, collaboration and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers 📍Proven problem solving skills and proactive approach to addressing customers needs 📍Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment 📍Fluency in English; proficiency in additional APAC languages
