Job Summary
What You Will Do
šDeliver unparalleled customer service to our global clientele by strictly adhering to our service procedures. šCollaborate with Sales Team and coordinate with Procurement and Product Development teams on various projects šStrive for continuous improvement and maintain exceptional levels of customer satisfaction by promptly and accurately responding to customer inquiries. Tasks may include preparing tender submissions, samples, presentations, calculations, and quotations šTake initiative in creating and managing project plans, providing routine updates to the Sales Team and the Customer Service Manager šOversee the issuance of Sales Orders, track new orders, and monitor forecasts and deliveries until project completion šFollow up on customer payments šAddress customer complaints and ensure they are resolved promptly and to the customer's satisfaction
What You Will Need
šPossession of a degree, ideally in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field šBetween 2-4 years of professional experience in customer service, merchandising, or sales support within global trading companies. Fresh graduates may also apply and will be considered for a Junior CS Officer role šDisplays confidence and an extroverted personality, with excellent team collaboration and interpersonal skills šThrives in a fast-paced working climate, demonstrates organization and effective time management šEager to learn and carries a strong sense of duty šAttention to detail, solution-oriented mentality, strong interpersonal communication abilities, and a team-oriented mindset šSuperior proficiency in written and spoken English, and fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin is required šSkilled in MS Office tools including Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing and PowerPoint
