Job Summary
You'll Be Empowered To 🎮:
📍Define and execute growth strategies that deliver measurable commercial outcomes for Korean partner studios 📍Identify the most impactful levers across acquisition, engagement, and monetisation, and design clear experiments to test them 📍Translate learnings from growth initiatives into frameworks and repeatable playbooks that can scale across markets 📍Collaborate with product, marketing, and analytics teams to shape initiatives that drive player growth and studio success 📍Advise studio leadership on go-to-market planning, performance insights, and strategic opportunities for expansion 📍Track and report on outcomes such as MRR, retention, and conversion to inform future investment and prioritisation

📍A strategic foundation, ideally built through at least three years in top-tier consulting followed by hands-on experience in tech, startups, gaming, or digital environments 📍Proven ability to solve complex problems and turn insights into action 📍Strong analytical and quantitative skills with comfort interpreting data and business performance metrics 📍A bias toward delivery and tangible outcomes, with the ability to thrive in ambiguity 📍Excellent communication and collaboration skills in both Korean and English 📍Genuine curiosity about gaming, digital ecosystems, and emerging technologies like web3
