Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍As a cryptoeconomics researcher, you will participate in research on, for example: 📍Analyzing economics model, incentive structures and financial mechanisms of Ethereum and its protocols. 📍Risks associated with staking, restaking, and other blockchain-specific economic activities. 📍MEV and related opportunities and threats. 📍Flow analysis to understand market behaviors and trends 📍Additionally, you will have the opportunity to 📍Collaborate with development teams to suggest improvements to blockchain protocols based on research findings. 📍Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in blockchain technology, crypto-economics, and finance, ensuring that your research is current and relevant. 📍Publish research papers, reports, and blog posts to share findings with the broader community, enhancing the company's thought leadership in the space.
Skills:
📍Foundation in economics, finance, and quantitative analysis, with a deep understanding of blockchain technology and crypto-economics. 📍Proficiency in data analysis and statistical modeling tools (e.g., Python, R, MATLAB). 📍Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively. 📍Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to a diverse audience. 📍Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
