Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šCollaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies šUtilize various sourcing channels to identify and engage with qualified candidates in the crypto industry šConduct thorough screening and assessment of potential candidates to ensure their alignment with our company culture and values šManage the end-to-end recruitment process, including conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires šBuild and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs šStay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the industry
Requirements:
šBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field šMust have experience in talent acquisition within the crypto or blockchain industry šProven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent in a highly competitive market šExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates šStrong knowledge of the crypto industry and understanding of the unique skills and qualities required for roles in this field šAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and adapt to changing priorities šPassionate about the crypto industry and eager to contribute to its growth and development
