Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
📍Conduct in-depth research across Web3, crypto, DeFi, and blockchain ecosystems. 📍Identify and qualify business opportunities including token listings, partnerships, and collaborations. 📍Build and maintain a structured pipeline of leads using advanced CRM tools like Attio, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, or Salesforce. 📍Track funding rounds, token launches, ecosystem partnerships, and community activities. 📍Work closely with the Sales, Partnerships, and Listings teams to transfer qualified leads. 📍Maintain CRM hygiene, update data regularly, and generate weekly research and pipeline reports. 📍Share weekly research reports and market intelligence summaries with the BD team. 📍Analyze market trends to provide actionable insights for business growth.
Requirements
📍1–3 years of experience in market research, lead generation, or business intelligence (preferably in crypto, fintech, or SaaS). 📍Must have prior experience working in the crypto industry. 📍Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Attio (preferred), HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or Zoho CRM. 📍Strong understanding of crypto markets, blockchain protocols, and Web3 ecosystems. 📍Proficiency in lead-generation tools (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase). 📍Analytical mindset with excellent research, data handling, and reporting skills. 📍Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or equivalent.
