Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šIdentify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities within the cryptocurrency and blockchain ecosystem šDevelop and execute a partnership strategy aligned with the company's objectives šNegotiate partnership terms, agreements, and contracts šOversee the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a smooth integration and collaboration šCultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with current and potential partners šServe as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, requests, and relationship nurturing šCollaborate with partners to conceptualize and execute joint marketing campaigns and initiatives šMonitor and analyze the success and impact of partnership activities, making data-driven improvements šStay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities in the crypto and blockchain space šLeverage insights to identify strategic partnership opportunities šEnsure that all partnerships adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements within the crypto industry šWork closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure all agreements comply with relevant laws and regulations
Requirements
Experience: š4+ years of work experience in a Partnership Manager role šKnowledge or experience in Finance and/or Decentralized Finance and/or Cryptocurrency/Blockchain šStrong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and the broader fintech landscape šExceptional negotiation and communication skills šStrategic thinking and the ability to identify and seize growth opportunities through partnerships šProficiency in data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of partnership initiatives šStrong project management and organizational skills šKnowledge of legal and compliance considerations in the crypto industry šTech-savy
