Job Summary
What youâll do
📍Own multiple critical business functions, such as corresponding with trading venues, liquidity management, transfers, and custody operations 📍Scope and/or build alerts and tooling around coin withdrawals and other functions 📍Settle with our venues and set up wire transfers each day 📍Be part of a 24/7 On-call rotation 📍Identify inefficiencies in operational processes, and design and implement solutions 📍Document, maintain, and improve standard operating procedures 📍Work closely with our engineering, security, and product teams to improve internal and external products and processes
What you bring
📍Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience 📍2+ years of experience in an operations, data analytics, and/or engineering role 📍Demonstrated experience in cryptocurrency markets and blockchain technology (e.g. working at a crypto company, in a crypto-focused role, crypto projects) 📍Experience managing projects and coordinating with technical and non-technical teams (e.g. Engineering, Data, Product, Legal) 📍Self-starter with experience working autonomously in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments 📍Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports, and presentations 📍Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and strong problem-solving skills 📍Strong technical skills (SQL, Python) is a plus 📍Demonstrated ability to scale operations and processes in a fast-paced organization
