Job Summary
What will I be doing?
đź“ŤOwn the operational rollout of new crypto flows (off-ramp, payouts, settlements, on-ramp). đź“ŤManage daily operations with partners (wallets, custodians, processors) including reconciliations, settlements, and troubleshooting. đź“ŤTrack and escalate technical or operational issues; work with Product/Tech teams on fixes. đź“ŤEnsure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and risk frameworks across all crypto processes. đź“ŤBuild and maintain detailed process documentation and runbooks for scale. đź“ŤSupport internal teams (Commercial, Finance, Treasury, Compliance) with timely operational insights.
What skills do I need?
📍2–4 years of experience in fintech, payments, or crypto operations. 📍Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; detail orientation is a must. 📍Experience managing flows such as settlements, reconciliations, or payment processing. 📍Comfortable working with APIs, dashboards, and transaction data (not engineering, but operationally fluent). 📍Able to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
