Job Summary
Your Core Responsibilities:
📍Managing a small team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Crypto Mid Office team – this includes: 📍Identifying, investigating and resolving trade, position and cash breaks by working closely with Traders 📍Daily PnL substantiation and reconciliation 📍Loan management 📍Working with finance on month-end cash flow reconciliation and accounting bookings 📍Lead the post-trade set-up for all new crypto business initiatives; work closely with trading, developers, risk, compliance and business development teams to onboard new strategies. 📍Analyse existing Mid Office processes and identify areas for improvement. Develop and propose better practices to enhance operational efficiency, risk management, and compliance. 📍Collaborate with technology teams to develop and implement innovative solutions that streamline operations and improve productivity.
Your Skills and Experience:
📍Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM, CPA) are a plus. 📍Minimum 5 years’ experience in Mid Office/Operations/Product Control function in a financial services company with high-volume and complex operations 📍Strong knowledge of financial products; crypto knowledge is a plus 📍Demonstrated leadership experience 📍Demonstrated experience in setting up new post-trade processes, initiating process improvements and designing automated solutions
