Responsibilities
šMeeting with the software/product designers to determine quality assurance parameters. šLeading the QA team in designing QA test procedures and frameworks. šOverseeing the drafting of testing documents. šImplementing testing procedures and overseeing the QA process. šTroubleshooting quality issues and modifying test procedures. šConducting analysis checks on product specifications. šReviewing Quality Assurance reports and highlighting problem areas. šEnsuring the successful deployment of products into the market. šResponding to requests from the design team and management.
Requirements
šBachelorās degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or relevant field. šPrevious experience as a QA Engineer. šAdvanced programming skills including automation systems and databases. šDetailed knowledge of application functions, bug fixing, and testing protocols. šGood written and verbal communication skills. šManagerial experience preferred. šExcellent analytical skills. šAdvanced written and verbal communication skills. šCritical thinker and detail-oriented.
