Job Summary

WHAT YOU’LL DO

📍Brainstorm original ideas and pitch new content projects internally 📍Identify most suitable production resources to execute the projects 📍Collaborate closely with other creative/production members (i.e. directors, writers, storyboard artists, designers, etc.) throughout development and production phases 📍Have deep understanding of content production pipeline, the process and different production stages in the project, independently keep track and manage the project. 📍Plan and manage production schedules and budget 📍Maintain brand consistency and IP lore across content formats and platforms. 📍Build and manage relationships with external partners 📍Explore licensing opportunities with other external parties

WHO YOU ARE

📍Passionate about anime, with a strong creative enthusiasm for world-building. 📍5+ years of experience producing filmed entertainment contents. 📍Proven successful record within TV and film industry with a particular interest on game IP adaptations. 📍Experience in Japanese anime production is a strong plus. 📍Team-player who operates in a fast paced team-oriented setting 📍Ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information 📍Understanding of how to prioritize and respond accordingly 📍Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task 📍Curiosity, grit and capacity to learn about the unknowns 📍Ability to independently manage the whole project or several stages of a project 📍Familiarity with web3 is a plus, but not required
