Job Summary
Creative Director Responsibilities:
šOversee the strategy and creative direction of consumer facing Meta Quest šFurther develop the Meta Quest brand šManage development of creative executions across all channels that strongly resonate with the local market while maintaining consistency for the brand šPartner with creative agencies as well as roll up sleeves to develop original breakthrough ideas for a variety of marketing touch-points šPartner closely with cross-functional teams across all workstreams to influence and align on business efforts. Minimum Qualifications:
š10+ years of experience as a Creative Director, building global consumer brands šPeople management experience coaching and developing team members šExperience developing and managing consumer marketing programs in an integrated marketing environment šExperience working with data & insights Creative Direction experience across the full palette of creative expression: TV, digital, experiential, and ideas that drive earned media šCommunication and presentation skills to build relationships with internal leadership and manage their expectations
