What You’ll Be Doing
📍Community Building: Build and grow a strong, engaged local community around KAST’s crypto card product. 📍Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute local strategies leveraging paid marketing, referrals, and partnerships. 📍Navigate Regulation: Understand Japan’s crypto and financial regulatory landscape to ensure compliance. 📍Domestic Scaling: Drive major growth in active users and transaction volumes. 📍Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing and product teams to localize campaigns and features.
What You'll Bring
📍You have proven leadership experience in a crypto exchange or card company, deep knowledge of Japan’s crypto market, and the ability to scale communities and drive growth. You’re a self-starter with strong communication skills and a passion for innovation.
