Job Summary
Your Impact:
📍Handle the day-to-day duties of the equity program, including processing stock option exercises, share transfers, and issuing new employee grants. 📍Assist with drafting and maintaining board approvals, corporate books, stock certificates, stock ledgers, etc. 📍Assist with drafting and negotiating commercial agreements. 📍Support contract finalization and execution, including coordination regarding internal approval processes. 📍Support mergers and acquisition team on due diligence projects. 📍Responding to inquiries from and interactions with internal employees, contractors, customers, vendors, and outside counsel. 📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Accounting, People Operations, and Compliance to develop and maintain business and policy projects.
Role Requirements:
📍Legally authorized to work in the US 📍Experienced corporate paralegal, junior attorney, or recent law school graduate. 📍Experience or relevant coursework relating to corporations, corporate transactions, transactional drafting, M&A and/or securities law preferred. 📍Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 📍Self-motivated and detail oriented while producing high-quality and accurate work in a startup environment
