Job Summary
What You’ll Do
📍Partner cross-functionally with leaders across Product, Engineering, Security, Finance, People, and Operations to align IT operations with business strategy and growth objectives. 📍Lead global end-user IT operations—including help desk/ticketing, remote support, device provisioning, and onboarding/offboarding—across multiple geographies and time zones. 📍Define and optimize standard operating procedures (SOPs), SLAs, key metrics, and dashboards to ensure reliability, responsiveness, and transparency in IT operations. 📍Own vendor and MSP relationships, ensuring accountability, cost efficiency, and seamless collaboration between internal teams and external providers. 📍Drive continuous improvement by building a culture of service excellence, proactive support, and operational rigor for a fully distributed workforce. 📍Build and scale a small but high-impact team, setting vision, culture, and technical direction for global service delivery.
What We’re Looking For
📍10+ years of progressive IT experience, with 3+ years leading teams in fast-growing, distributed, or remote environments (fintech or crypto preferred). 📍Proven ability to align IT strategy with company goals and deliver outcomes that improve reliability, security, and user experience. 📍Strong technical operator with deep experience in endpoint management, network fundamentals, and SaaS administration. 📍Security-first mindset—comfortable operating in high-risk environments and partnering closely with Security to safeguard users, devices, and data. 📍Hands-on problem solver who enjoys rolling up your sleeves to build, automate, and improve systems—not just delegate.
