Job Summary
What You’ll Do
📍Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and support a high-performing team by setting clear goals, defining KPIs, and driving execution for corporate crypto clients. 📍Client Relationships & Development: Develop strategic account plans to grow corporate client relationships, identify opportunities, and act as a trusted advisor by maintaining consistent communication, gathering feedback, and ensuring client needs shape products and services. 📍Client Acquisition: Represent Bitpanda at industry events, organize targeted initiatives and develop compelling acquisition strategies. 📍Project & Process Ownership: Drive cross-functional projects that enhance products and processes, while improving client onboarding and account management workflows. 📍Market Insights: Monitor market, competitor, and regulatory trends to inform strategic decisions and support continuous innovation.
Who You Are
📍Experience & Education: relevant experience in B2B sales, business development, or client-facing roles in banking, finance, or crypto, with team leadership and solid financial market knowledge. 📍Leadership & Communication: Effective team leader and communicator (English & German), confident in engaging executive stakeholders, with fluent German and additional languages as a plus. 📍Client Management: Demonstrated ability to build lasting client relationships and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities. 📍Project & Process Skills: Experienced in end-to-end project management and process optimization, with a proactive approach to ownership.
