Job Summary
Responsibilities
šLead creative development of impactful copy, concepts, and campaigns across both product and brand marketing, ensuring alignment with our brand voice, tone, and creative direction. šCreate high-quality marketing copy for all digital channels including website, email, social media, push notifications, in-app communications, blogs, newsletters, and press releases. šGenerate innovative content ideas and conceptualize creative campaigns that drive brand engagement and align with business goals, ensuring that each piece of content is strategically designed to capture attention and deliver measurable impact across all channels. šEnsure brand consistency by maintaining our tone of voice across all communications, fostering a cohesive and unified user experience. šOversee quality control to ensure messaging meets the highest standards, and optimize processes for efficiency and productivity to meet company-wide copy needs. šCollaborate with cross-functional teams (including product, design, and engineering) to develop narratives that engage audiences and align with Phantomās broader strategic vision. šStay up-to-date with industry trends, audience insights, and competitive landscape to ensure our messaging stays relevant, fresh, and innovative. šUse data-driven insights to optimize copy performance and refine messaging, ensuring maximum impact and user engagement. šAdapt quickly to changes in business needs and audience preferences, ensuring the copy reflects evolving trends and demands.
Qualifications
š5+ years of experience as a Copywriter or in a similar creative role, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates excellence in writing for digital marketing and brand communications. šExceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail, tone, and voice. šStrong ability to adapt copy across different formats while maintaining consistency. šExcellent communication and storytelling abilities to convey product benefits effectively šUnderstanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tactics šFamiliarity with data analytics tools and performance metrics to refine messaging. šExperience in the cryptocurrency, fintech, or tech industry is a plus, but not required. šA passion for creativity and innovation, with a solid understanding of how compelling storytelling drives engagement and action. šProven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority šExperience in crypto
